PARTNERSHIPS

A close collaboration between AGISCO and the French Laboratoire Central des Ponts et Chaussées – LCPC – (Research Centre, a subsidiary of the French Public Work Ministry) developed in 1994 to provide a highly specialised service in the field of deep foundations (piles, diaphragm walls, anchoring, tie-rods, etc.)
The joint activity between AGISCO and LCPC, directed by Dr. Bustamante, a world expert in foundation engineering, aims at offering a highly qualified service for specialised measuring systems specifically developed for pile load testing.
Static pile load tests are by far the most meaningful method for revealing the behaviour, ten real terms, of foundations and above all the interaction between pile and soil. Information obtained from such tests are of vital importance for revision of the foundation project as they allow optimisation of structural dimensions such as diameters, lengths, etc., and pile execution methods can therefore be altered as potential problems are forecast.

In the last few years AGISCO has started a close collaboration with the Swiss Project Engineering and Consulting company "Studio Lombardi" to develop integrated software applications for automatic control of any relevant data and information related to the behaviour of a dam and its reservoir. This specifically developed software allows simulation of steering activities on flood control outlet works. In addition they allow the production of instant reports to meet any of the client’s requirements.
Software like Eclipse, FloodMan and MIC, are some of the most recent applications developed. (see Products).

From April 2010 Larzeh Sakht Savalan Consulting Engineers (LSS) is the exclusive distributor of AGISCo products in Iran.
